How to set up call forwarding in 3CXPhone

When a call via call button on your website goes on your 3CXPhone, you can forward it to other operator or to manager of your website.

1. Receive the call by pressing accept button “Dial” (green button with the handset), and inform him that his\her call will be redirected to another operator/manager:

2. To redirect the user call to another operator, click on "Transfer" in of 3CXPhone right bottom corner: 2

After that the call is on hold.

3. On 3CXPhone keyboard dial the phone number of another operator, and then click Dial (green button):

After that the redirection will be performed.

PS: If you just need to put the call on hold, press the “Hold” button in 3CXPhone lower left corner:

To unhold the call press the “Hold” button.
